Roo is a mobile information service designed to support the needs of workers who use mass transit to commute to multiple job sites. Utilizing location awareness technology, the device allows users to easily access mass transit information on the go. Answers to questions like "Which route gets me there a bit early?", "How am I doing on time?", or "How can I change route?" are obtained in streamlined navigation through screens that present the information in a clear and immediate way. Empowered with the security of information in an uncertain context, the user can handle routine or emergency with composure and confidence.
