Keepsake is a website designed to support parents' documentation of baby's first experiences. Research methods including directed storytelling, bricks & mortar observation, and competitive analysis revealed that parents tend to spend most of their time gathering but have little time to organize or reflect. While they'd like to combine media into a special form it can be difficult to get started, and existing formats may be restrictive, pressuring, or impersonal. Keepsake's easy and efficient collection process provides organization support and expanded sharing posibilites. It manages a range of media and offers easy virtual to physical translation. Through a flexible feature set and customization options, the site saves time and adds meaning to the collection process.
